After researching many ENT doctors, I'm glad we chose Dr.Cable. He was able to catch a deviated septum for my son that other ENTs missed. He was very thorough, kind and courteous with his examination and answered all questions. Front staff were also friendly and helpful. Relieved to know we finally found our permanent ENT specialist in Dr.Cable.

TLDR: 2 visits in for compound issues. Facility is clean and organized. Staff is friendly, helpful. Office and appointments are run well, I’m not kept waiting. Dr. Cable is friendly, efficient, methodical.
At first I wasn’t entirely sure how I felt about Dr. Cable; I’m wary of medical practitioners who may not listen, are dismissive, rush, etc, as I have (a) weird/complicated (body) medical ailments, if you will.
I’d observed my ear via one of those tiny cameras for several months prior to my first appointment, I had many questions
(due to a lot of web research/reading, which I know some practitioners absolutely looooove 😅); Dr. Cable didn’t exactly entertain/address aaallll of the questions in a way I was hoping for
BUT Dr. Cable DID:
-confidently prescribed medicated ear drops,
-explained why he was prescribing those particular drops,
-explained why we were starting this specific course of action,
-and “demanded” I return in X amount of time for next steps.
When I returned Dr Cable performed a nasoendoscopy and walked me through it (“this is this, this is what you see here”), which I thought was super cool. He then prescribed a new medication, explained why, specified how best to take it for maximum efficiency, “demanded” I come back for next steps and XYZ testing.
After my second appointment I determined Dr. Cable wasn’t dismissive, he simply operates in a matter-of-fact, one-step-at-a-time, non-alarmist, root-cause-addressing methodology, which is what I really wanted any way.
He’s charming and friendly but not patronizing, and really, really efficient, which I’m sure is why I haven’t had to wait in a waiting room more than 5 minutes. 😆

Dr. Benjamin Cable is easily the most experienced, knowledgeable, kind and professional doctor I’ve ever met. Anyone looking for a new ENT should undoubtedly see him. Dr. Cable performed a tonsillectomy on my Fiancé and i have been over the moon with the whole experience. From the initial appointment, Dr Cable did a great job at speaking to us like normal people. Using terminology and explanations that would make sense to the everyday patient. Scheduling surgery was easy, cash pay pricing was fair, and the surgery experience was incredible. Doctor Cable removed his tonsils and not only spoke to both of us before the surgery, but also personally came out into the waiting room to tell me how it went. I watched him do this with every single one of his patients and i thought it was just fantastic. His office has been calling every business day to check in on us and his nurses have also gone above and beyond in information. And nurse Ashley helped me for hours to ensure we could obtain the prescriptions when pharmacies have been tricky. Last but not least, when we hit an unexpected bleeding fit, Dr. Cable was readily available immediately- willing to call me personally and allow us to send him photos and communicate quickly during the snow apocalypse. I’m forever grateful for Dr Cable and the care he showed myself and my fiancé. I will recommend him and his staff from the top of the rooftops.

Dr. Cable has been nothing but amazing for our kids and myself. We are so thankful we found him because I will not go anywhere else now. He did tubes on our little one twice now and both were amazing experiences. He also treated me when I was having reoccurring ear infections after my pregnancies and he was the only doctor that has been able to help me figure out why I was having them and actually treat me correctly. We are so happy with the staff and services when we have to go to the clinic for anything.
